Ham, Brie, tomato & basil on a baguette brushed with olive oil.

Meramec Tuna Salad:

Spinach, tomato & low fat tuna salad.

Mike's Chicken Salad:

All white meat chicken, celery, grapes & onions with low fat mayo.

Veggie:

Spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, red peppers, mushrooms, red onions & Havarti cheese with pesto.
